Delivery + Order info

When you place your order, we aim to dispatch your items as soon as possible.

Full payment is taken for your items and shipping when you place your order.

Please allow up to 6 days for your items to reach you. (2 weeks for international delivery) We use Royal Mail and some larger orders may require a signature.

U.K. Shipping:

Standard shipping is £3.99

Small item shipping (i.e. a greeting card) with the total value up to £3.50 will cost £1.99.

If you spend over £75 shipping is FREE!

European Countries Shipping:

We have currently suspended our shipping to Europe due to the slightly confusing new GPSR rules which require small business's to have a representative in the EU who acts on their behalf for product safety.

Rest of World Shipping:

Spend up to £20 and shipping will be £15.

Spend £20+ and shipping will be £30.

Order returns:

Our returns policy allows you to change your mind if you are not happy; up to 30 days after your order was placed. Please contact us if you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEM /ITEMS BACK until contacting us and receiving further instructions. If you receive faulty or damaged goods we will exchange your goods.
