Delivery + order info

When you place your order, we aim to dispatch your items as soon as possible.

Full payment is taken for your items and shipping when you place your order.

Please allow up to 6 days for your items to reach you. (2 weeks for international delivery) We use Royal Mail and some larger orders may require a signature.

U.K. Shipping:

Standard shipping is £3.50.

Small item shipping (i.e. a greeting card) with the total value up to £3.50 will cost £1.50.

If you spend over £75 shipping is FREE!

We also offer a FREE Collect from Store Service where the items you buy will be ready for you to collect during the Bath shops open hours.

European Countries Shipping:

Spend up to £20 and shipping will be £8.

Spend £20+ and shipping will be £15.

Rest of World Shipping:

Spend up to £20 and shipping will be £15.

Spend £20+ and shipping will be £30.

Order returns:

Our returns policy allows you to change your mind if you are not happy; up to 30 days after your order was placed. Please contact us if you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange. If you receive faulty or damaged goods we will exchange your goods.
